Helpful information for a bug report
To investigate a processing issue without receiving private image contents, include the following when practical:
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and approximate device memory
- Detected source format and selected output format
- Image dimensions and non-sensitive file size
- Exact error message
- Whether the file is animated, multi-page, or part of a HEIC sequence
Sensitive images
Do not email a sensitive original merely to demonstrate a bug. A small synthetic file with the same technical characteristics is safer. If you choose to send an attachment, email delivery is outside the local-only processing architecture of the web tool.
